Step 1: Prepare Your Skin

1. Cleanse your face thoroughly. This removes any makeup, dirt, or oil that could interfere with the device and helps prevent breakouts.

Step 2: Power On and Choose Your Setting

• Jawline and Chin: Start at the center of your chin and roll the device along your jawline, moving upward towards your earlobe. Repeat this motion 3-5 times on each side.
• Cheeks: Begin at the corner of your mouth or the side of your nose and roll along your cheekbone, moving towards your temple. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
• Forehead: Start in the middle of your forehead and roll outward towards your hairline. Repeat this motion across your entire forehead.
• Neck: Roll from the base of your neck up towards your jawline. This helps to tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of a double chin.

Step 4: After-Care

1. Clean the device. After each use, wipe down the roller heads with a clean, damp cloth or an alcohol wipe to keep it hygienic.
2. Follow up with skincare. You can gently pat in the remaining serum or apply a moisturizer to lock in the benefits.

Important Tips and Cautions:

• Consistency is key. For best results, use the device regularly, such as for 5-10 minutes a day or a few times a week, as recommended by the manufacturer.
• Don't press too hard. A light, gliding pressure is all you need. You're not massaging your muscles in the same way you would with a regular massage.
