1. Shave the Treatment Area (Do not wax or pluck before treatment.)

2. Ensure the area is free from lotion, deodorant, or makeup.

3. Plug in the device, turn it on, and choose between:

• For small areas like face, underarms, or bikini line.
  
• For larger areas like legs, arms, or back.
  

4. Select the comfort level that suits your skin type. Beginners should start at the lowest setting.

5. Turn on the cooling function to soothe the skin and reduce any discomfort during flashes.

6. Place the treatment window flat against the skin. Press the flash button (manual) or glide slowly for continuous flashes (auto).

7. Apply a soothing gel or aloe vera to keep the skin hydrated. Avoid sun exposure for at least 24 hours.

8. Use once every week for the first 4–8 weeks, then reduce to once every 4–8 weeks for maintenance.
